Undergraduate students at the University of Calgary must pay general fees and tuition fees each year. For a detailed breakdown of general and tuition fees, please consult the Enrollment Services website.

Tuitions Fees

Tuition fees vary depending on the number of courses a student is taking. For the 2011/2012 academic year, the tuition for a full course load (5 courses per semester) is $2628.30 per semester.

General Fees

General fees vary slightly each year, but are generally around $503.63 for full time students (2011/2012 academic year value). This fee includes student dental and health plans, U-Pass (public transportation passes), campus recreation fee, etc.

International Students

All international students are required to pay an "international student differential fee" in addition to the regular tuition fee for the University of Calgary.

Living Expenses

Living expenses can vary greatly with lifestyle choices.

On-campus housing is available for single students, and for married students. Off-campus housing lists are available from the U of C Students Union. City newspapers also include listing of available rental housing.
